Homeless polar bear arrives in Madrid

A homeless polar bear arrived in Madrid to work with Greenpeace Spain. The bear delivered the Greenpeace Finance Policy to both the Environment and Finance ministries. Although allowed to enter the Finance Ministry building the bear was refused permission to enter the Environment Ministry as they have a policy that ‘animals are not permitted’.
